Pudding Jello Fruit Fluff

Ingredients

• 16 oz fat-free whipped topping, thawed
• 1 ounce fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1/3 ounce sugar-free raspberry gelatin mix
• 20 ounce no sugar added pineapple
• 16 ounce no sugar added fruit cocktail
• 16 ounce no sugar added mandarin orange

Directions

1. Drain pineapple, fruit cocktail, and mandarin oranges.
2. Mix gelatin and pudding mixes into thawed whipped topping.
3. Gently fold drained fruit into whipped topping mixture.
4. Chill until ready to serve.

A Berry Peachy Day Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients 

• 2 parts Absolut® Apeach Vodka
• ½ part simple syrup
• ½ part sour mix
• 3 strawberries
• 1 part lemon-lime soda

Method

Muddle sliced strawberries. Add vodka, simple syrup and sour mix. Mix and serve with ice, top with lemon-lime soda.

Whiskey Watermelon Cocktail

Ingredients

• 2 ounces bourbon (I used Bulleit)
• 2 small chunks watermelon
• 1 slice cucumber
• 2 basil leaves (I used rosie basil)
• 2-3 dashes bitters
• 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth                                                                               

Directions

Muddle the watermelon, cucumber, and basil with a couple dashes of bitters.  Add bourbon and sweet vermouth.  Add ice and stir.
